No, at this time we only accept self pay. However, we are happy to provide a super bill. A super bill can be used in some cases for a partial or full reimbursement from your insurance company.
A super bill is a statement showing your insurance company that you are receiving therapy services, it will show the diagnosis, that the clinician is licensed and that the services have been paid for.
Every insurance policy is different. You will need to call your insurance company directly and ask them about your specific reimbursement rate. Please do this before your first session.
Yes, absolutely! You can plug it into your client profile just like any other card for payment.
No problem! Please let us know at least 24 hours prior to an appointment that you will need to cancel or reschedule. Please note the no-show fee and late cancellation are the cost of session.
